Bull.  The classes you take next year are determined by the classes you sign up for and whether or not you fulfilled the prereqs for that class.  For example, for honors 11th grade English, usually it’ll say, “Must have gotten at least a B in English 10 and have a recommendation from a teacher” or something.  I’ve never seen “Most have gotten ____ on the California Standardized tests” in the forms where we sign up for classes. The SATs and ACTs are what colleges look at.  The standardized tests are used to determine how much money a school gets. (I could be making this all up so if you don’t believe me I don’t blame you. =D But look it up yourself.)
